"Once upon a time there was a piece of wood..."
You might not have guessed it, but this is part of the opening line of the classic Italian children's story, The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi. Carved from a piece of pine by a woodcarver named Geppetto, watch as Pinocchio is created as a wooden puppet and dreams of becoming a real boy in this original two-act ballet created for Longmont Dance Theatre and its community.
